ENERGÄIA

December 7 – 9. Montpellier Exhibition Park. Hall 1. Stand K504.

Zytech Solar, manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules and part of the international Zytech Group, will present its new roof integration kits at the ENERGÄIA International Renewable Energies Exhibition held in Montpellier, France from December 7 to 10.

In addition to its renowned standard and building integrated photovoltaic modules, Zytech Solar has launched a range of integrated photovoltaic systems for roofs with PASS INNOVATION certification at very competitive prices. In collaboration with Solarsit, Zytech Solar has created photovoltaic kits which bring together all the components needed for installation: Zytech photovoltaic modules, fastening structure, A-brand inverters, switchboard, cableing and connectors. This system simplifies and reduces installation time and shortens the investment amortization period while at the same time being highly versatile since it can be adapted to the majority of industrial and residential roofing.

Thanks to its great capacity to adapt to the peculiarities of each project, Zytech Solar offers two large families of integrated photovoltaic systems: residential and industrial. Domestic systems are available from 3 to 9 kWp, while industrial systems are offered in kits from 36 to 100kWp, although systems with other outputs can be configured for all kinds of roofing whether residential, farming, ranching, commercial or industrial. In all cases, Zytech Solar photovoltaic modules have a 25-year production guarantee and all the components have been subjected to the most exhaustive tests for robustness, weather resistance and durability.

Manufacture in Spain and China.

Zytech Solar manufactures its photovoltaic modules in its production plants in Spain and China. The Spanish production plant has enabled Zytech Solar to obtain Factory Inspection certification for modules manufactured in Europe according to the new Conto della Energia, which regulates the production premiums of solar photovoltaic energy in Italy. The Italian certifying entity ICIM – “Istituto di Certificazione Industriale per la Meccanica” – inspected the Zytech Solar plant under the requirements of the “quinto conto” of Italian energy in order to award the aforementioned certification.

Zytech Solar is one of the first Spanish companies to obtain this certificate which endorses its European production. Similarly, Zytech Solar has certified its photovoltaic modules with the TÜV Nord, a benchmark which falls within its policy to guarantee maximum quality and best service to clients in the different markets where it has presence. All the certifications are annually reviewed in the Spanish production plant, guaranteeing that the photovoltaic modules are produced under the strictest quality controls.

PASS INNOVATION Certificate.

Zytech Solar’s simplified photovoltaic integration systems have been endorsed by the French certification organism CSTB (Scientific and Technical Construction Centre) with the official PASS INNOVATION certification. This certification is key to operating in the French market, as far as building integration is concerned, as it recognizes that Zytech modules with this integration system comply with French building regulations. In the French solar market, integrated PV systems obtain the highest feed-in tariff for industrial buildings from 9kW to 100kW, and for the installers it is key in order to get their decennial insurance. This certificate is accepted by the insurance company as proof that the material is suitable for building.

The Zytech PASS’INNOVATION is GREEN Light, the best grade of this certification, this means that no restriction or observation was made. This shows the quality of Zytech modules and of the SOLARSIT integration system. The Solarsit range of products represents the latest generation of Zytech Solar (in-roof) solutions, suitable for almost every sloped roof. The Solarsit Integration PV system replaces a part of the existing roof. This meant that the entire system from solar panels up to and including the substructure had to be tested for watertightness and resistance to mechanical stress.

Zytech, as one of the key manufacturers of European photovoltaic equipment with production plants in Spain and China, will be present in the Montpellier Exhibition Palace with its Zytech France sales team and a stand (Hall 1, Stand K504) where it will display its products. During the fair, Zytech will undertake to transmit to visitors the company’s fundamental goal: to achieve the best value for money on the market.

Energäia is a consolidated fair in France and this year celebrates its fifth edition. Last year it attracted some 540 companies from 20 countries with direct exhibitors. Energäia received more than 37,000 visitors in 2010, making the event unique in its ability to gather the sector in France.

France is currently, along with Germany and Italy, one of the key world markets in solar photovoltaic energy. Zytech has been present in this market for three years and has a delegation in Toulouse and a specialized marketing team. In addition, Zytech has international presence in Italy, Spain, Holland, Belgium, the USA, Mexico, Chile and China.
